These earphones fit very comfortably and securely. They have great sound but in my opinion a little to much highs, it's almost too loud with some songs. I also think that foam inserts would help block outside noise a little better than the rubber ones that come standard.
Great for the money

I bought these to replace my Koss KSC-75s which I loved. These things sound so good, two of my colleagues ended up buying them as well. For the money, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better set of headphones, and the service and communication from ES was top notch as well.
very nice for the price

I bought the UE Metro.Fi 150's to have good sounding isolating earphones to wear at the gym. At the price, the 150's look like a good deal. I have small ear canals, and no ear buds or plug-style earphones have stayed in my ears if I moved around. Reviews of the 150's mentioned that they fit well in a range of ear sizes. They come with the mid-size tips attached. When I tried them, I was very pleased. The sound was very smooth with clearer, stronger bass and clearer treble than my old Koss and Sennheiser 'phones. Mid-range was OK, but not great. I heard low-level details that were barely audible with my other phones. The soundstage was excellent, providing a sense of space and (could I be imagining it?) depth. But as soon as I turned my head, the ear pieces literally popped out of my ears - and I mean popped; they actually jumped about a foot. I switched to the small size tips, and the 'phones now stay in my ears pretty well. However the sound is alternately sort of muffled (too far into my ear canals?) or tinny (not sealing properly?) depending on how I try to fiddle with the fit of the units.
I've tried wear the 150's "upside down" with the wires looped around my ears as well as in the
conventional position. I'm still experimenting, and hope to find a way to enjoy the potential of the 150's They seem nicely made, and although the wires seem thin and delicate, they do not get tangled as readily as other phones' I've tried.
I think my problems do not reflect a general problem with the Metro.Fi 150's, but I suggest that if you have small ear canals and have had problems with earphone fit, these may not be the 'phones for you.

I bought them as a gift for someone else but I tried them out ;)
Because I don't have a keen ear for sound quality, I can't really tell the difference between them and my SE210s. I like how they fit very comfortably in my ears and the cable is thinner.
Only comes with one kind of sleeve (in 3 different sizes), and the carrying case looks weak.
works great for me

I'm quite happy. The earphones fit my ears well, with a bit of experimenting with different size ear adapters. I'm not a major audiophile, but the sound is great to my ears
I bought them as a gift for my mum

My mom tried my sound isolating earphones and liked them, so I got some for her as a birthday present. She can't really tell the difference between sound qualities (honestly, I can't too well either), but I compared them to my Shure SE210 ones and I thought they were really good. Really clear, but has a nice punch. I think it was an excellent price for the quality. They fit in my ears really well, and it doesn't have an L or R on them so you can put either bud in either ear which I thought was convenient.
The case kinda bugs me, it reminds me of a kinder surprise egg.
