"My wife bought me the Etymotic ER6i's as a Valentines day gift, and I have to admit I was very disappointed at first. The first time I listened to them, I was expecting to be blown away by clarity and bass, but I was not. I played around with the fit, the foams, insertion depth, etc., and still was not very happy.

After 2-3 days the flanges were comfortable, the fit seemed right, and the bass was adequate, but not overstated. I truly began to hear what I was missing. Even on a crowded rush hour subway, albums I had listened to dozens of times were new again. It wasn't until I tried the stock apple buds again that I realized how truly phenomenal these 'phones are.

I'd like to thank your company for having such a great website, and for including the extremely helpful information sheet regarding return % rates for people who have kept earphones for over a week. If it wasn't for that sheet, I would've abandoned the ER6i's before I had a chance to experience their true potential.

I recommend your company to anybody and everybody who comments on the "weird" earphones I use with my iPod.
