Overall Good Headphones
By William Strutt from Hong Kong on February 3, 2010

I compared this pair of headphones with many other ones.
The cheaper ones have a thinner wire and cheaper plastic feel.
I 've had this set of headphones for a few months now and I have no regrets paying for them.
Not very stylish and bulky, so it's for home use.
Pros:
1) Detachable quality cord
2) Good build quality
3) Good Sound
4) replaceable leather padding and cord. Cons:
1) the padding is comfortable but your ear may brush with the plastic that covers the speaker inside. Can get uncomfortable. Just need to re-adjust.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great Headphones!

I purchased a set of these about a month ago for use in my home recording studio. For the price, in my opinion these can't be beat. For recording, they provide very true sound, are quite comfortable on the head and ears for extended periods of time, and come with a 10-foot detachable, coiled cord in case you need or want to replace it. I am extremely happy with these phones and would recommend them to anyone looking for great sound at an affordable price.
Pros:
Comfortable;
Quality sound reproduction; Nice detachable cord; comes with storagebag/carry caseCons:
Can't think of any other than the cord has popped out a couple of times while recording with guitar but hey, whose fault might that be?!I would recommend this item to a friend.
Solid pair of headphones

I got these headphones a week ago, at first the sound quality was horrible but that's to be expected since you need about a 100-200 hours of burn-in before they work properly. I'd say I've listen to them about 60 hours and the sound quality is still quite poor. I have no doubt that they will get better, and when i receive my amp, it should change a lot of things since when plugged to my Ipod you feel there's a lack of power and the headphones aren't able to reproduce the sound perfectly. Esthetically, they look great, very stealth but i must say big. The sound isolation is very good but i will buy the srh840 pads to replace the pads that are on right now to get even more comfort and isolation. The headband isn't the most comfortable but i have a sensitive head and i haven't found a headset that doesn't hurt the top of my head after about 2 hours of play... i give them 3.5 stars not 4 like its written its just that you cant go half stars... I'd give em 4-4.5 if you buy an amp, the srh840 pads and you let them bur-in 200+ hours
Pros:
Good build quality.
the twisted cord is very handy.
Cons:
takes a lot of time for burn-in.
Takes a lot of power to run them properly, so you need an amp.I would recommend this item to a friend.
