Most people listening to the Shure series are used to high quality audio, sent right to their ears via high quality cable. I own the 530PTH and the 535, but ruined my 535 cable within weeks - to my great surprise, as it feels sturdy and strong enough. I therefore ordered this replacement cable, but would not urge anyone else to do so, unless you are listening to relatively cheaper Shure earphones. The material used feels rather cheap and the cable flimsy.

flawless, works as intended, everythings clear, no real background noise blocking but everyone could hear me clear, only had minor issues in full blown wind
