Stays in, but awful sound quality

If you want an earphone that stays in while exercising, this one does indeed perform. However, the materials used are all very cheap plastic, and the sound quality was terrible. Unfortunately, when I went to return it, I discovered that there is a NO RETURNS POLICY on all earphones that are inserted into the ear canal. So, how do you know if a product such as this works until you try it? Bottom line, is you don't, and you are stuck with it.
My earphones are now part of a landfill. Stick with Shure - they may have to be reinserted several times during your workout, but the sound quality is awesome!

We do offer a 30 day return policy on brands that support the same for us.
Because these go inside your ear canal we cannot sell to you something that was returned to us and that is how we guarantee our customers brand new items.
In the case of Sennheiser, they are not supporting at the moment returns of products that have been opened. Although they continue to be 100% covered under warranty and will be replaced at no cost if anything goes wrong with them.
Most of the other manufacturers we represent support our 30 day return policy (Shure, Westone, Klipsch, Audeo, Monster, etc.) so if you buy one of these products and they don't work out for you we will either process a refund or an exchange in accordance with our 30 day return policy.
The exception of Sennheiser earphones is noted on our policy.
As soon as Sennheiser changes that and start to support our return policy, we will extend the same to our customers.
Please make sure you are getting a good seal with the CX680 because if you are not, they will sound tiny. I have tested them myself and I can tell you they sound amazing but you need to have the right eartips for your ear canal shape and size and that takes some time.

I was surprised and pleased that Sennheiser took the time to get the ear canal phones right! They feature some sort of "wing" that keeps the earphone firmly planted in the ear canal without the feeling of excess pressure. The small caps on the earphone electronics are constructed to keep sweat and earwax from penetrating the device and a sponge filter further protects the internal parts from fouling. And the kit includes replacement filters. The attached clip and volume device are positioned to allow the cable to be placed behind or in front of the ear. The cable is long enough to place my iPod in my pants pocket without pulling the cable from my ears. And the sound is great (and I am a fanatic for good sound) - as good as any pair I have ever tried, including the competitive models costing $150. Lastly, the cable is bright yellow which makes it easy for my tired eyes to locate across the room. I give this product a definite A Plus.

All they do is fall out of your ears and the cord set up for the phones really sucks.

Excelente produto. Qualidade de som muito boa. Não é excepcional mas é o bastante para o preço que tem. Melhor apenas os topos de linha, a aproximadamente U$ 450,00. Para prática de esportes é insuperável.
