RETURN POLICY In-Ear Earphones Return Policy: Within 30 days of your order date send us an email to Info@FMASolutions.com or (CLICK HERE). Please include your Order or Invoice number and/or your name.- NON-RETURNABLE: All items on the "Accessories" category and sub-categories within "Accessories", Skull Candy earphones, all Ultimate Ears products, AKG earphones, Sennheiser earphones, Denon products, Phiaton, Monster, Audeo, H2O, Dr. DRE, small earbuds that cannot be re-packed and eartips.
- All products that do not fall under the non-returnable categories, your refund will be for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost, less a 15% restocking fee or $15 whichever is greater (NO restocking fees on exchanges of returnable items for an item of equal or greater amount).
Why some products are non-returnable? - Shure and Westone have a replacement/credit policy for open items with their dealers. Other manufactures such as Sennheiser, AKG, Skull Candy, Denon, Audeo, H2O, Monster, Dr. DRE, Phiaton and Ultimate Ears do not support such "program" and once an earphone is open, it cannot be returned at all, as they go inside one's ear canal and cannot be re-sold. Having said that, all products we sell are fully covered the manufacturers' warranty and we will make sure you receive a new replacement or your product is repaired according to the specific warranty conditions.
Why do we charge restocking fee? - We must charge this fee because we cannot resell returned items (for the simple fact that these go inside your ear canal). This will cover shipping to and from the manufacturer and any other fees for replacement for a brand new unit. That is how we guarantee you a fresh, brand new, factory sealed product.
REFUNDS: once we receive the product and inspect it, we will credit your card for the purchase amount less original shipping/handling cost and any applicable restocking fees as outlined above.
EXCHANGES: if the item you want is of a lower amount than the original purchase, the restocking fee will only apply towards the difference. If you exchange for another item of same or greater amount, the restocking fee will be waived entirely. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please INCLUDE A NOTE specifying the NEW item you want.
Products initially sold with FREE shipping: the credit amount will be reduced by the original cost of shipping or $7.50, whichever is greater, and any applicable restocking fee outlined above. Instructions:- Please DO NOT return the product to the manufacturer

- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FEDEX Insured for shipment. Earphone Solutions cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please mark the outside of the shipping box with the Return Authorization Number (RA N. _____). Boxes without an RA number marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (including CANADA) MUST NOT use UPS as we will NOT accept any brokerage or shipping charges and your return package will be refused if sent via UPS. All returns must be shipped pre-paid.
- Returned items must be in original condition including all supplied accessories.
- At the time of your request, we will provide you with the return address.
