98% of the orders are shipped on the same business day if your order has been placed before 5:00PM EST.

Tracking information will be emailed at around 7:30PM EST on the day the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Transit times for orders placed before 5:00PM EST within the US:
  • 7-9 days for FREE Shipping
  • 3-5 days for RUSH Orders via Priority Mail ($7.95)
  • 2 business days for 2 DAY AIR ($14.00)
  • 1 business day for OVERNIGHT ($29.95)
International shipments will take 4-7 days via FEDEX or 5-30 days via MAIL depending on customs delays and or security delays.

About the USPS Tracking System: The USPS tracking system is a "delivery confirmation" service rather than a tracking service like you get with FedEx and UPS. Regardless of the fact that their website will sometimes display only "electronic notification received...", your package did ship and it is in transit. USPS has a better transit time than UPS Ground but their tracking system lacks. Please accept our apologies but rest assured that your order was shipped on that date and it should be arriving shortly.

  • What is the International Mail Transit Time?

    International Mail usually takes 8-14 days but it can take anywhere between 5 to 30 days depending on customs delays and security delays. There is no tracking number for this shipping method.

  • When am I going to receive my tracking number?

    If you placed your order before 5:00PM New York Time your tracking number will be sent via email by 7:30PM New York Time on that same day.

  • I did not receive an email confirmation for my order. Did you receive my order?

    Please make sure you check your Spam Filter or Junk Email folder. If you use a spam control service, we will not be able to validate the email. If you placed your order about 30 minutes ago, your order may not be in the order status system yet. That doesn’t mean we don’t have it. Please check it again in a little while.
