International MAIL Shipping Method: (NOT valid for full-size headphones)
- FREE Shipping on orders over $180 or $15.00 for orders less than US$180. This method is NOT available for CHINA, BRAZIL, ITALY, SPAIN, SINGAPORE and some Eastern European countries due to high loss rate. Full-size headphones cannot be shipped via MAIL.
* Delivery is by your local Post Office person. If you believe your local MAIL service is not reliable, you should not choose this method. Transit time is 5-30 days depending on airport security delays, weather, customs, etc. There is no tracking number with this option and no insurance (because it's impossible to prove a package was not delivered with this method). Tax, vat and duties, if any, will be the buyer's responsibility upon arrival. The mail option is valid only for shipments of less than 1 kilo => usually no more than 2 sets of small earphones (this method is not available for full-size headphones). If you order more than 2 sets or the order is more than 1 kilo, we have to ship your order via FedEx. If your order is more than $200 we strongly recommend the FEDEX method because it's insured. If the Mail carrier loses a package, there is no way to receive a refund.
** Using dimensional weight calculations, a freight carrier will charge for lightweight (low density) packages as if they had a greater weight (the weight of the package at the minimum accepted density).
For example, a box of clothing shipped internationally which weighs 10 pounds, and measures 18 x 18 x 18 inches, would be charged as if it weighed 36 pounds: (18 x 18 x 18)/166 = 35.1 pounds which is then rounded up to 36 pounds. This is the weight the package would theoretically weigh if it had a density of 166 in3/lb or 10.4 lb/ft3. (18 x 18 x 18) = 3.375 ft3 x 10.4 lb/ft3 = 35.1 lbs.
