A few years back Etymotic changed their distribution from "factory direct" to "distributors" and since then Earphone Solutions stopped stocking their products for logistic reasons and some other technical issues. We are working to a solution that must guarantee our customers a painless technical and warranty support from Etymotic before we start promoting them again. As soon as we reach an agreement that will guarantee the same level of service our customers are used to receive from us, we will make our move.
