I regularly make online purchases, so I am speaking with some experience. Earphone solutions *might* be able to do something better, but couldn't begin to suggest what! Response to emails was phenomenally quick, helpful and friendly; And the advice given was simply spot on. Ordered for delivery the UK Tuesday late evening (GMT). Order was shown as "dispatched" to the UK within a couple of hours of placing the order and I was given a tracking number so that I could watch my package, with delivery scheduled for within 72 hours. I had a concern (not to do with Earphone Solutions, I hasten to add) that there appeared to be a hold up with the courier - I contacted Earphone Solutions about this and had a reply within an hour to say that they had contacted the carrier and all was now OK. As close to a "perfect" online experience as I have ever had.
