These custom ear monitors are made in USA. They require a visit to a local audiologist to get your ear canal impressions but don't worry about it! It's an easy process and once you place your order with Earphone Solutions, we will send you an email with all the instructions necessary and the next step. Audiologists charge between $30 to $60 per set of impressions.
After you place your order with us we will send you the instructions needed such as how to take the impressions, where to send them to, etc. Your order will be already entered at Westone waiting for your impressions.
After receiving your impressions, your custom earphones will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
Custom earphones are non-returnable.
The price does not include the ear canal impression. To complete the process of manufacturing custom earphones, a local audiologist must take your ear canal impressions (usually between $30-$60). Don't worry about this. Detailed instructions will be sent via email right after you place your order.
