We really love the Westones because they never fall out and the comfort and fit are about the best you can get. The Westone 1 is a single driver but if you must have the best, then look at the UM2 or the Westone 3. UM2 and UM1 are all made in the US. For treadmills any of the earbud models we put on this page are excellent solutions.
